Bilyi D. Administratively–legal protection of the rights of patients in the medical field

The dissertation carried out a comprehensive and systematic study of the administrative and legal protection of the rights of patients in the medical field. The genesis of the development of administrative and legal protection of patients' rights was studied. It is noted that the administrative and legal protection of patients' rights is the activity of authorized subjects of public administration, which is aimed at unhindered, timely, highly professional, continuous provision of services to patients in the field of health care in the event that they apply to institutions of the health care system, as well as in bringing persons who violate the rights of patients to legal responsibility. It was determined that the regulatory and legal regulation of the rights of patients in the medical field is a system of international legal acts and acts of national legislation that regulate public-legal relations for the protection of patients' rights through the use of administrative and legal means and is related to the establishment of specific rights and obligations of sub objects of relevant relations. The need to develop and adopt the Law of Ukraine "On Patient Protection"
