Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of increasing the efficiency of dual-fuel gas turbine combustion chambers for land and sea use with the help of low-temperature air plasma to improve the energy and environmental parameters of power plants. The thesis formulated and solved the actual scientific and technical problem of increasing the efficiency of dual-fuel low-emission combustion chambers of gas turbines due to the use of low-temperature air plasma for the activation of fuel-air mixtures. The scientific and practical results of the work in the form of mathematical models and recommendations for the selection of parameters of heat engines are used in the analysis of design solutions of promising marine power plants and the implementation of project development of conceptual ships with highly efficient and low-emission power plants. The results of the dissertation study are of theoretical and practical interest and can be used in the design of prospective shipboard energy gas turbine and combined plants with low emissions of harmful components.
