Essay

The dissertation work is aimed at the development of scientific foundations and ideas regarding the scheme of preparation of coal charge for coking from the point of view of determining grinding ability of the coal charge based on the grinding ability of its components. The object of study – is the process of optimization of preparing coal charge for coking, which is characterized by different values of mechanical strength. The subject of research – is coal concentrates, coal charges, which differ in the values of the coefficient of grinding ability capacity. The goal is to solve an important scientific and practical task based on theoretical and experimental research, which is characterized by scientific novelty and has practical significance - the development of scientific and technological principles for optimizing the scheme of preparation of the charge for coking from the point of view of the grindability of its components. In the dissertation work, an important scientific and practical task was solved, which is characterized by scientific novelty and has practical significance, namely, scientific and technological principles of optimization of the coal preparation scheme for coking were developed, and reasonable methods of forecasting the calculation of the coefficient of crushing ability of coal charges depending on the pulverability of their components were invented.
