Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation of theoretical and practical aspects of debt sustainability of the state, development of recommendations for improving the mechanism of medium-term debt sustainability planning. The dissertation elaborates the theoretical and methodological foundations of medium-term debt sustainability planning. In particular, the relationship between debt sustainability and fiscal sustainability is substantiated. In view of the above, a scheme has been developed showing the place and role of debt sustainability in the system of fiscal sustainability and interrelated categories: debt security and budget security.
