The dissertation is a comprehensive study of the urgent problem of social prevention of HIV by means of substitution maintenance therapy among people who inject drugs, which contains theoretical substantiation and experimental study of the role of access to substitution maintenance therapy in the scope of HIV services and the quality of life of injecting drug users.
