Holotenko A. Development of the subjectivity of forced migrants as a condition for overcoming the career crisis

The dissertation summarizes the results of the conducted theoretical analysis and experimental research into the substantive aspects of the subjectivity of forced migrants. A model of the development of the subjectivity of forced migrants in the situation of experiencing a career crisis is proposed, which includes four components: emotional-volitional, value-meaningful, cognitive and аctionpractical. The technology for the development of the subjectivity of migrants has been developed and tested, which combines the tools of social and psychological support for persons experiencing a career crisis: psychological support groups, the method of career counseling, group career events and networking. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research problem; the object, subject, methodological foundations, purpose and tasks of the research are defined; the scientific novelty and practical significance of the research are noted, data on the approbation of the obtained results are given, and the structure of the dissertation is described, based on the sequence of solving the tasks. It is noted that the problem of migration has not lost its relevance in Ukrainian society since the beginning of armed aggression in 2014 and the emergence of a new socially vulnerable group that received the status of "internally displaced persons". (according to the Ministry of Social Policy, almost 4.9 million people currently have the status of internally displaced persons). With the start of a full-scale war in February 2022, forced migration took on a new quality and today (according to the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs), there are 8 million 177 thousand Ukrainian citizens abroad. Forced migration (both internal and external) negatively affects the level of psychological and social well-being of an individual, destroys stable social ties, changes a person's social and professional status, and creates a crisis of personal identity. At the level of social functioning of the individual, the situation of forced migration often actualizes the problem of socioeconomic vulnerability, which in its extreme manifestations provokes the appearance of a consumerist position, a decrease in motivation to overcome difficulties and manifestations of learned helplessness syndrome.
