The object of the dissertation is the international legal framework for economic integration of the Southeast Asian states and economic cooperation of these states with third countries and international organisations both at the ASEAN level and at the level of bilateral relations. The subject of the study is the international legal aspects of Ukraine's economic diplomacy in the Southeast Asian region through economic integration and cooperation with ASEAN and the countries of the region at the bilateral level. The purpose of the study is to analyse the international legal regulation and existing practice of Ukraine's economic diplomacy in the Southeast Asian region through economic integration and bilateral cooperation with ASEAN and the countries of the region, taking into account their evolution.
