Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increasing the energy efficiency of electromagnetic drives of vibrating transport devices by ensuring a rational form of the supply voltage of the vibrator windings. The energy characteristics of electromagnetic vibration drives with different forms of power supply voltage, determination of the optimal frequency and form of voltage corresponding to the maximum efficiency of the drive were studied. The structure of the automatic control system of the electromagnetic vibration drive with a non-sinusoidal form of the supply voltage, which provides the highest energy efficiency, has been formed. Transient processes of control of the amplitude and frequency of the drive are studied. Experimental studies were conducted that confirmed the obtained theoretical results.
