2. The object of research is a process of waste management and corporate social responsibility. The purpose of the dissertation is the scientific substantiation of the theoretical concepts of waste management and the formation of social corporate responsibility in the context of the development the applied model for the implementation the environmental strategic priorities of business. Scientific novelty of the research results consists in establishing the theoretical foundations of waste management and the formation of social corporate responsibility in the context of the development of the applied model for the implementation of the environmental strategic priorities of business. In qualification thesis is researched the genesis of theoretical approaches to research waste management concept; defined theoretical identification the corporate social responsibility theories; and researched the concept of environmental management in the system of waste management. It has been established that sustainable waste management largely depends on the definition and classification of “waste”, which is closely related to human activity and lifestyle. The thesis is explored the concept of environmental management in the waste management system by analyzing its environment, justifying the benefits of its implementation, and developing its tools. In research is analysed the waste management in the system of circular transformation; evaluated the features of corporate social responsibility under instability; and analysed the level of emissions under global transnationalization. The research is outlined the levels of circularity, developed options for cooperation between municipalities in the field of waste collection, and worked out the concept of transition from linear waste management to circular resource management. The research is substantiated that the fulfillment of corporate responsibility in the field of waste management is often hindered by regulatory barriers, the absence of standardized waste management methods, and a low culture of responsible consumption. In PhD thesis is proposed the key areas of waste management system improvement; defined the ways of implementation of corporate social responsibility management strategy; and elaborated the model of waste management in the system of corporate social responsibility. The study is proved that in order to increase the effectiveness of environmentally conscious practices within the framework of corporate social responsibility, it is necessary to: integrate environmental principles into the strategic management system, create a team of managers to implement environmental initiatives, conduct an environmental audit with the priority of business interests in these projects.
