The dissertation regards the questions of decompensation diagnostics and forecasting the flow of severe endotoxicosis syndrome, which complicates the flow of children's purulent inflammatory diseases.The diagnostic value of clinical and laboratory attributes of endotoxicosis decompensation is regarded, and clinical criteria for express- diagnosis of occurence of endotoxicosis syndrome decompensation are emphasized. For the first time the forcasting criteria of lethal outcome probability (mortality, death) for children with decompensated endotoxicosis were determined using the level and dynamics of central - peripheral temperature gradient.
