The dissertation is dedicated to increase the efficiency of organ preserving operations in patients with peptic ulcer and development of techniques of adequate eradication Helicobacter pylori (HP). Utilized clinical, endoscopic and laboratory survey methods. The efficiency of combination of operating treatment with eradication after operation treatment is determined. The new techniques of nonmedicamental eradication HP is designed. The complex therapy including laparoscopic vagotomy and eradication HP is designed. The results are inserted in practical activity of surgical clinics of Odessa. Area of usage - surgery, gastroenterology.
