. The necessity of restorative therapy of young primiparous women who have had purulent-inflammatory complications and uterine bleeding is clinically and scientifically substantiated on the basis of clinicostatistical and endicrinologic methods. Besides the risk factors, causes and clinical forms of endometritis and uterine hemorrhages in primiparous women under 18 were established. All this on the whole permitted to decrease the morbidity in young primiparous women.
