Basem M. Methods and means to enhance effectiveness of pseudorandom testing of digital objects

In the thesis some questions connected to organization of pseudorandom procedures for testing of digital units have been resolved. In particularly the principle of design of hardware sources of pseudorandom sequences with many parameters control has been imple mented. The method of generating of pseudorandom sequences with controlled probability distribution of the components of test patterns is mathematically based. The method of design of signature analyzers is implemented and studied.This me thod uses the possibility to control squeeze procedure by hardware source of pseudorandom test sequences.The methods of organization of hardware - software diagnostic systems oriented on digital objects pseudorandom testing have been implemented.
