The recomendations on winter cereal crop growing for the production by high base and resources saving technology and exparding rye and triticale areas are developed. The recomendations are intriduced at the Collective Agricultural Enterprise "Za Myr" of the Brusyliv district, Zhytomyr region, over anarea 45 ha and at the farms of the Forest-Steppe zone of the Zhytomyr region over an area 12,3 thon.ha .
