The manuscript is devotet to the problem of normalization of changer homeostasis in an organism of females with tuboperitoneal infertility of inflamatory genesis which arise in connection with a long-time inflammatory process ingenitals and of the relevant adaptation-protective reaction. A package of measures directed to correction of revealed changes and an estimation of treatment efficiency are suggested on the basis of infestigating a state of sympatheticoadrenal system, levels of 11-OCS and serotonin as well as chenges in endocrine and immune systems.
