At inspection 206 workers of mechanical engineering of the patients by dust diseases and inflammatory diseases of bronchopulmonary system and 98 patients fixed by dust diseases without complications, that the occurrence of illnesses is connected to a complex of the harmful factors on productions. The augmentation of sizes of nine offered laboratory indexes (hematological, biochemical, immunological) fixed at presence of inflammations, that enables differentiated dust diseases without complications. Use of the offeredlaboratory indexes is introduced in some medical establishments at inspection working at routine maintenances.
