Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the determination of quantitative content of 22 medical materials in a substance, industrial and extemporal preparations using organic reagents - salts of Diazole scarlet 2G, scarlet K, pink O, blue O in combination with spectrophotometric method. The structure of the compounds which resulted from the reaction of determination with the help of spectroscopy in IR-, visible-, UV-region, mass spectroscopic method was established. The optimal condition of reaction are water as a solvent, in the specific cases - adding of ethanol, 10x of reagent, normal room temperature, out of reach of straight day-light. In the reaction with phenol compounds the adding of sodium carbonate solution is necessary.
