To prepare pregnant women to delivery we proposed 1% cobalt chloride solution (15 drops orally), and -tokopherol acetatis (50 mg). In the postoperative period it is advisitable to introduce phraxiparin (0,3 ml twice a day). In pregnant women from risk group, besides basis therapy, it is advisitable to use heparin (2500-5000 Units in 4-5 hours), trental (5 ml intravenously in drops), aspirin (0,5 g a day), -tokopherol acetatis (50 mg a day) and 1% cobalt chloridis solution (15 drops orally). The directed correcting therapy insures a favouriable postoperative course, accele-rates hemostasis system indices normalisation
