Dzyubak V. Clinical and immunological parallels of children whose born of women with a history of syphilis

The thesis dedicates to the study of peculiarity immunological status, clinical manifistation of syphilis of newborns whose mothers with a history of syphilis. Showed, that increasing of levels immunoglobulins M and A accompains by decreasing the level of T-limphocytes of the newborns with early congenital syphilis. The immunoregulatory index is norm in latent and manifest early congenital syphilis with skins and bones features. The immunoregulatory index is low in manifest early congenital syphilis with visceral pathology and it leading to disturbance of cooperating T- and B- limphocytes. Worked out and proved the effective methods of complex treatment of early congenital syphilis. The prescribtion of penicillin and immunomodulator laferon leads to increased of number T-limphocytes, removed of disbalans of T-cells subpopulations, speed up of elimination of CIC, shorted time of negativity of serologic reactions and elimination of skins features.
