In present work effectiveness of the continuos membrane plasmaferesis for the treatment of preeclampsia was investigated. Changes in immune response, heamostasis endocrine system, fetoplacental complex and cardiotocogram patterns evaluated before and after therapy. Scientific evidence based protocol for the treatment of preeclampsia by continuos membrane plasmaferesis has been developed. This protocol allows to reduce the incidence of perinatal and obstetrical complications in this pathology. The efficacy of this protocol is being proved.
