Essay

The dissertation examines the properties of the semiconductor crystals with complex electron spectrum. The parameters calculations algorithms are elaborated and komputerized, the electron spectrum anisotropy and non-parabolicity influences on the kinetic properties are considered. The electron spectrum renormalization caused by the electron-phonon interaction is considered for the layer crystals by the methods of the quantum field theory. The Jahn-Teller pseudoeffect is considered for layer crystals of the D6h4 space group, the possible ions displacements and their influences on the electron spectrum are defined. From these results it is followed the possibility of the layer crystals properties changings by the intercalation or the hydrostatic pressure.
