The investigation of hormonal homeostasis has shown PMS to be accompanied with increase of prolactin and testosterone levels and ovarial disfunction. These changes correlated with severity of the disease and caused the pathological changes in the endometrium and electroencephalographic examination. It was worked out the measures of treatment and profilaxis for all clinical forms of PMS. It was shown the efficacy of the offered methods, especially in women with easy forms (psychoemotional and oedematous). The patients with hard forms (cephalgic and crisis) need proper hormonal rehabilitation to the deep menopause.
