A new method for calculation of the atmospheric angular moment balance for super-long-terminal meteorological whether forecast with the use of the refraction data on tropospheric radiowaveguides. New models for the waveguides genesise, moinsture turnover, the atmospheric macrocirculations forms change. The compact macroturbulence model for studing the low-frequency atmospheric processes.
