Slyusarevs'kyj M. Theoretical problems of contract managing of somebody else's assets in the Ukraine.

The totality of problems, closely connected with the formation within the Ukrainian Law of a new socioilogi-callegal institution of somebody else's assets management was selected as the object of this research work. The aim of this dissertation is to investigate the juridical relations concerning managing of somebody else's assets, which are being created within the conditions of the Legal System of the Ukraine; to define their juridical nature; to ground the absence of any connection of such relations and relations of english-american trust; to compose the juridical model for the normative regularizing of relations owner (beneficiary) - manager. Historical, comparative, systematicatically-structural, logically-juridical ad sociological methods were used in this work. The scientific novelty of the work lies in theoretical working up of problems of development and juridical regularization of the institution of management of somebody else's assets, proposed by the author. The results of the work can be u sed for modernization of Civil Law of the Ukraine, lecturing of course "The Civil Law of the Ukraine", and also can serve as a base for further investigation of problems of the istitute of the somebody else's managing and institute of representation.
