The dissertation is devoted to investigation of clinical and chronological peculiarities of cerebrovascular diseases complicated by fatal strokes of Chernobyl accident consequences clean-up participants (liquidators).The comparative retrospective analysis in volved data of 110 such patients and 150 patients in two comparison groups.One of the comparison group consisted of 100 (liquidators with uncomplicated course of the diseases, the other group consisted of 50 common patients dead due to complications of cerebrovascular diseas.The revealed pathology showed no essential difference between the liquidators and patients in the comparisonn groups assording to objective clinical data.However, cerebrovascular diseas with fatal complications were characterized by asymptomatic current.All liquidators had faster progressing of the diseases.Based on the results of statistical analysis the conclusion has benn made that life duration of liquidators after participation in the clean-up work is related to s et of negative factors including the ionizing radiation influence.
