Producer and seller activity at the market of fruit and vegetable growing and viticulture products, situated on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Substantiate the system of criteria and methods of effective development at producing and selling of fruit and vegetable growing and viticulture products which aid the production growth and its efficiency. Monographic, constructive rated, abstract logic, index, correlation-regressive, questioning method with questionnaire usage. Methods of dispersive and factor analysis. There was substantiated the system of criteria and data of effective development in vegetable and fruit growing and viticulture. There was exposed economical estatement of modern condition at producing and selling of fruit and vegetable growing and viticulture products during 1990-97 according to the categories of the farms. There were worked out the methods of valuing of the development quality at effective producing and selling of fruit and vegetable growing and viticultur e products using mathematics and economical methods at the determination of the balanced dynamic characteristics of economical efficiency features. There was exposed quality valuation of effective development at vegetable and fruit growing and viticulture. There were substation the measures and suggestions for efficiency increasing and the ways of development in branches. The materials and recommendation on research usage were handed to the Ministry of AIC in the Crimea and to the regular committee at the Verkhovna Rada of the Crimea "On agricultural questions and food support".
