Bondaryeva M. Criminal and Legal Problems of Responsibility for the Legalisation of Money Recources and Others Property Received by Legal Way.

The thesis deals with the problems of criminal responsibility for the legalisation of money resources and other property received by illegal way. The concepts based on the national legislation is defined on the basis of investigations undertaken in the legal defence area of the financial system. According to the Ukrainian criminal code currently in force the author offers to introduce the norm of "Legalisation of money resources and other property received by illegal way" in to the criminal code. The concepts "legalisation of money resources and other property received by illegal way", "property received by illegal way", "property", "criminal organisation" substantiated in the criminal legal sense. The thesis also defines basic tendency of criminal policy in the sphere of criminal legal defence, fundamental trends in the field of money turnover in the state credit financial and banking system which will prevents the penetration of illegal capitals.
