Essay

This dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the functional organic changes in VDT operators under the factors of automated environmental control and the analysis of changes in health conditions of the central nervous system and the ocular system in data processing workers. Peculiarities of the dynamics of effective working hours of employees have been analyzed. Prophylactic health measures have been worked out to better working conditions and increase tolerance to the organism to the hazardous factors of the computer. Results of this work have been implemented in the data processing center and in the activity of the sanitary epidemiological services in the Lviv region.
