Shustyk R. Correction of Disturbances of the Aggregate Blood State Lipid and Protein Peroxidation and Unlimited Proteolysis in case of a Rupture of the Fetal Membranes in Pregnant Women

Research Object: 79 deliveries, 79 women after birth, 80 new-borns. Research Aim: to elaborate the complex medicinal procedures that pathogenetically substantiated for correction of disturbances of the aggregate blood state, lipid and protein peroxidation, proteolysis, in case of a Rupture of the Fetal Membranes (RFM) in pregnant women for childbirth process improving new-born state bettering. Research Methods: pathophysiological, biochemical, clinical, indicators "Fetalmonitor BMT 9141"; microanalyser "ОР-210,3". Theoretical results and innovation: for the first time it was ascertained the peculiarities and mechanism of disturbance development of the aggregate blood state, lipid and protein peroxidation, proteolysis in case of a Rupture of RFM in pregnant women and studied also their influence on new-borns state. Practical results and their innovation: new method of complex correction allow to improve the child birth process considerably and state of pregnant women with RFM, as much as to reduce the level of the aggregate blood state disturbances of their new-born childs.
