On the ground of clinical, laboratory, instrumental and Doppler ultrasound examination of 145 pregnant, and also statistic analysis or delivery histories, influence of different risk factors and symptoms of pregnancy pyelonephritis on occurence of complications of pregnancy, delivery and postnatal period was studied. An algorithm and mathematical model of fetal hypoxia development under pregnancy pyelonephritis was worked out. A program for mathematical forecasting of complications of pregnancy, delivery and postnatal period under pregnancy pyelonephritis was developed.
