Podtserkovnyj O. Organizational and Legal Foundations of Accounting Relations in Ukrainian Economics.

Object of research: organizate-legal influence on the settlement attitudes, his dynamic and static properties. The purpose of research: definition of a place of a role and structure of the mechanism of legal organization in system of imperous influence on the settlement relations, revealing of the preconditions, laws, factors and conditions of effective functioning culculates in an economic complex of Ukraine. Methods of research: a dialectic method of knowledge of social processes, conclusions tectologi, general theory and sociology of the right; sistem-structure, rather - legal and others; the laws of Ukraine, decrees of the President of Ukraine, normative acts of the central bodies of the executive authority and National bank of Ukraine are used the Constitution of Ukraine. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical substantiation of structure modern economic-right of influence on the settlement relations in Ukraine, concrete definition of interaction of public - legal and private-legal recepti ons; definition of a place of legal improvement of payment means in structure of measures on overcoming payment crisis; the uniform scientific approach to research of a cash and non-cash way calculations; organize-right of the recommendation for improvement of the economic legislation in the field of settlement process. Novelty: for the first time in monographistic the plan from system positions the organize-legal concept of construction of systems of the settlement relations in Ukraine is submitted; the concepts are differentiated: calculates and settlement attitudes, subject calculetes and subject of the settlement relations, settlement obligation; the bases of the theory of organization of payments from the accounts created. The practical value of scientific maintenance of a category of the settlement attitudes is shown; the concept of differentiation tool and integrative of the forms non-cash settlement is offered. Branch of use: the practical workers at the decision of problems of payment crisis, stat e bodies of management, preparation education-methodition of the literature, research work, educational processes of legal and financial and economic high schools to sphere settlement right attitude.
