Olijnykova K. Literary-aesthetic evolution of the magazine "Slovo & Chas".

The publications of the magazine "Slovo & Chas" from 1990 till 1998, and a series of publications "Soviet Literary Cryticism" have become the object of the thesis investigation. The work deals with the consideration of the experience of the magazine "Slovo & Chas" in the formation of the conception of the history of the Ukrainian literature with the aim to define the essential characteristics of its creative realisation. The attempt has been made in this work to light out the aspect of the modern Ukrainian literary criticism science, which has not been investi-gated yet, but is principally important. It is the working out the methodological principles of the Ukrainian literature, searching for its systematisation. General conclusions of the accumulation of the magazine "Slovo & Chas", have been done in the process of the investigation, its evolution in the social-cultural context of the time has been established in it..
