Zakharash Y. The optimization of surgical tactics and technique of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone disease and it's complications

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of surgical treatment of 1456 patients with gallstone disease and it's complications, to whom laparoscopic and endoscopic operations were performed. We have worked out the algorithm of diagnostics and curative tactics for the patients with choledocholithyasis. The priority of active surgical tactic for the patients with acute cholecystitis is proved. It includes the performing of laparoscopic diagnostics and operative interventions at the day of hospitalization of the patient, independently of the term of the disease. We proposed and introduced to the clinical practice the new treatment method of the deterioration of the chole lithogenic properties by using of medicine "Ursofalk". All this steps makes it possible to decrease the levels of postoperative complications, mortality, terms of hospitalization and postoperative rehabilitation, expanses for treatment of patients with gallstone disease and acute cholecystitis.
