The hormonal status,coagulogram.morphologi- cal and biochemical features in the system "mother -new-born" were investigated.The morphological and ultrasound placenta's features and biophysical profile of the fetus examined too.It was shown,that pregnancy and delivery in young primaparas have complicated with chronic fetoplacental insufficien- cy against a background of anemia,hypoproteine- mia,homeostasis disturbances with the development of the perinatal dystrophy.To correct these distur- bances the complex of treatment and profilactic measures was proposed.
