Syroyid D. Influence of reperfusion on the healing of myocardial infarction

During the experiment, created a new model of myocardial infarction (MI) following reperfusion which is based on the banding of artery interventricular anterior on dogs at two sites following by removal of ligature during thrombolytic therapy. It was found that the results of experimental healing of MI are controlled by the balanced regulating system. While performing reperfusion after 0,5 and 1,5 hours, it was noticed uncomplicated healing of MI, and after 3 and 5 hours, noticed cardial aneurysm. Reorganizing coronary blood circulation after 3 hours during ischaemic condition prevailing by normal and hyperstress, complicated the healing of MI. But conduсting reperfusion during hypostress situation leads to the balancing of regulatory systems and optimizes the processes in the area of destruction, which should be taken into consideration during the treatment of MI.
