Essay

The thesis studies the pathological cervical changes, their prophylaxis and treatment that still remain actual problems of women health protection. The use of the semi-conductor laser as a component of the pseudoerosion therapy and epithelial cervical displasias after cryodestruction is based of the first clinical examinations. Presented the advantages of the proposed method of the combined therapy in comparison with one cryodestruction. Determined that the use of the semi-conductor laser after cryodestruction speeds up cervical epithelization for 1-2.5 weeks forming valuable organospecific epithelium, prevents recurrence, has no carcinogenic influence. Determined the possibility of the use of colposcopic method for control of epithelization, efficiency of treatment and prophylaxis of epithelial displasias.
