Essay

Investigation object: human erythrocytes. Purpose: to study the erythrocyte state change under temperature-osmotic action depending on medium conditions and modifying agents character of influence. Metods: spectrophotometry, spectroscopy of resistance impulses, gel-chromatography. It's shown specific features of erythrocyte damage under hypertonic chock. It fixed structure changes of the membrane components which taking place under temperature-osmotic action and control cell sensitivity to unfavorable conditions. Observing at this disturbance of membrane lipids influences on the phospholipase A2 activity. Degree of application: the creation new metods of cryopreservation.
