In the presented work the necessity of combined rehabilitation of women after hypo- and atonic uterine bleedings in early puerperal period with the application of expedient hormonal correction and tanacan has been scientifically substantaited on the basis of clinical, radioimmunological and functional methods of the study. Furthermore the methords for the control of clinical course of remote puerperal period and the efficiency of restorative treatment have been proposed. The distinctive features of premorbid background, clinical course of pregnancy and labor in case of the development of uterine bleedings after delivery have been more exactly defined. All this on the whole permitted to reduce the morbidity in women of this grup.
