Essay

Complex study of clinicomorphological, hormonal and immunological (including immunomorphological) aspects of DUB in women of reproductive age has been performed. It allowed to establish the peculiarities of disturbances in hormonal and immune homeostasis in DUB and to define more exactly some questions of pathogenesis of the disease. A hypothesis of stress-reaction of development of this pathology was suggested. The principles of individual differentiated hormonal treatment were validated.
