Pogrishchuk B. The Forming of Rational Economic Relations System in Agrarian Production.

The object of the research should be considered as agricultural, service and process enterprises of different propriety forms. The goal of the research is the approving of rational economic relations providing the efficient usage of potential productive resources of agricultural, service and process enterprises in agrarian production complex under market transition conditions. Methods: the scientific device comprises statistic & economic, mathematics, monographic, abstract & logic, analytic, extreme assessment, economic & mathematics and other common methods. Theoretic and practical results: there has been approved the theoretic base of rational internal and external economic establishments' relations in agrarian & industrial complex (AIC) under new economic conditions, the reforming mechanism of soil - property relations has been studied, the system of distribution relations in bakery subcomplex of AIC gas been defined, the methodological base of price formation for sugar beet with taking into cons ideration of production means turnover has been modernized.The novelty of newly invented: for the first time on the regional level there has been carried out the complex research of internal and external economic relations, the system of rational economic relations in AIC has been determined. The degree of implementation: The scientific inventions are being used in practice in Ministry of AIC of Ukraine, by Ternopil regional and district departments of AIC. Efficiency: it promotes the increasing of functioning of mutually combined spheres of AIC efficiency. Sphere, branch of usage: Economic management and regulation of mutually combined AIC spheres.
