Essay

Ethiopathogenic factors of development of complications in postoperative period was described. The list of most important parameters was determined at forecasting postoperative complications and optimum sizes of parameters of perfusion at a various levels the hypothermia. The optimum sizes of parameters the perfusion are determined in depending of kind of an initial defeat intimately - vascular systems. The efficiency of the developed recommendations is shown.
