The thesis is devoted to research of problems in scientific and technical development of enter-prises and peculiarities of these processes taking place under conditions of a market economy. The thesis defines peculiarities of forming organizational and economic mechanism in the cycle "science - production -realization". Suggestions as to forming the methods of choosing the strategy of scientific and technical development of enterprises have been worked out. The thesis suggests concrete recommendations on organization of scientific and technical development of enterprises under market conditions and insufficient financing.
