The dissertation is devoted to the determination of the theoretical basis and practical realisation of current expenses of the trade enterprise system. Some new methodological approaches and methodological devices of creation as well as functioning at current expenses of trade enterprise management system are suggested The methods of expenses regulations that are directly connected with customers service qualify together with creation of resources consumption controlling mechanism are elaborated. Besides, economic-mathematical prediction level determination model and appropriate current expenses composition have been worked out.
