Theoretical aspects of development and functioning of Ukrainian agrofoodstaffs market are investigated in this work. Aims and priority of wholesale realization of agrofoodstaffs resources are motivated for efficiency increasing and for modern, effective market infrastructure creating.Processes of creating and using of agrofoodstaffs resources in Ukraine are described with it irrational structure is stated.Dates about functioning results of agrofoodstaffs wholesale realization main forms with it disproportions are analyzed.Legal, financional, economic, organizational and technical methods of an agrofoodstaffs market are elaborated.Improving trends of organizing wholesale system with progressive word experience and new economic and organizational mechanism are suggested.
