Essay

In the thesis it is investigated the theoretical basis of the structural changes in the trade, the up to date status of the Ukraine trade development and the conditions of chainstores development. Also there was conducted the analysis referring management improvement of trade enterprises restructure. In the thesis it is proved the new theoretical approaches as for the key points and classification of the chainstores, worked out the exact proposals as for the possible format-management instuments and loyalty programme financial and economical mechanism. The key results of investigation were used in the daily practice of the Ukrainian enterprises.
