Essay

The key factors of the risk of prematurity pregnancy, the system of determination of the average statistical propability of the premature delivery were determined in the thesis. The main echo- and cardiotocography signs of the opportunity of prematurity pregnancy were determined; pointed system of evaluation of the degree of premature delivery threat was proposed. The results of the some therapeutical and prophylactic measures on the threat of the premature delivery were studied by the modern clinico-statistical, electrophysiological and morphofunctional methods of investigation. It was established, that the applying of the electrorelaxation of the uterus and laser irradiation of blood provided the effective inhibition of the uterus activity, normalization of the homeostasis on the functional system mother - fetus.
