Essay

The necessity of gradual correction of menstrual cycle disorders: hypomenstrual syndrome, dysfunctional uterine bleedings and amenorrhea with subsequent transition to contraception is scientifically substantiated on the basis of clinicoendocrinologic methods. Besides the structure of various menstrual cycle disorders as well as a number of medicosocial features in patients with opiomania has been established. All this on the whole permits to reduce gynecologic morbidity and to improve the results of main disease therapy.
