This scientific work is devoted to the question of reproductive health preservation, reducing the number of medical abortions, gynaecological mobidity rate among women with benigh breast hiperplasia (BBH). The particularities of reproductive anamnesis, methods of contraception in use, and hypophysis-ovarian system state on 162 patients with BBH have been studied. The positive influence of oral contraceptives on hormonal homeostasis, state of the breast and course of a disease has been demonstrated. The algorythm of the individual differentiated quest of the contraception methods for patients with diffuse forms of BBH has been elaborated and scientifically attested. The use of this algorythm makes possible to reduce the number of medical abortions in this group of women from 19,8% tо 4,5%, and mobidity rate from 72,0% tо 35,9%.
