Shaban S. Efficiency of application of thiotriazolin and biophysical factors in treatment of ischemic disease with accompanying chronic cholecystitis

146 patients with ischemic heart disease (100 patients with accompanying chronic acalculus cholecystitis) were examined by clinical, biochemical and instrumental investigations with the purpose of development, approbation and estimation of efficiency of application of the new two circuits of complex methods of treatment of ischemic heart disease (IHD) with accompanying chronic acalculus cholecystitis (CAC), which include antioxidative-enterosorbtional therapy and biophysical therabutical complex on the basis of the revealed features of clinical course and infringements of a lipid metabolism, peroxidative processes, hemocoagulation, blood viscosity and myocardial contractility. It is fixed, that the inclusion medicamental (thiotriazolin + enterosorbent) or biophysical (general baths in bishofit solution + laser puncture + magnetotherapy) complexes in treatment of the stable forms of IHD with accompanying CAC renders not only stabilizing action on clinical course of the given combined pathology, but also, corrective influence on a condition of a lipide metabolism, status peroxidation of lipids -antioxidative protection, hemocoagulation, blood viscosity and myocardial contractility.
