Оn the basis of clinicostatistical methods of the study the distinctive features of obstetric and perinatal pathology in women after medicamental correction of various types of ovarian insufficiency have been established. The practical recommendations concerning the reduction of the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with hormonal ovarian dysfunction in anamnesis have been scientifically substantiated, developed and introduced on the basis of differentited approach to the prophylaxis and hormonotherapy. All this on the whole permitted to improve the results of delivery in women with infertility in anamnesis.
